Mirko Bagaric is a Professor of Law at Deakin University Law School, Australia. He is the author of over a dozen books and more than a hundred major refereed journal articles which have been published throughout the world including the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. He is also a member of the Migration Review Tribunal and Refugee Review Tribunal (Australia).

The defining moral, social and political issues of our time are explored in this collection of opinion pieces by Professor Mirko Bagaric.
