High Court Quarterly Review Publications
The High Court Quarterly is a peer-reviewed law journal which focuses on activities in superior courts across the world. We invite articles and commentaries from academics, practitioners, postgraduate students and members of the judiciary. We guarantee to review all articles within one month of receipt.
Submissions should be made online using our electronic submission system.
All articles are peer reviewed.
Articles must contain an abstract between 50 to 200 words summarising the key points made in the article.

Submissions
Contributions to the High Court Quarterly Review are
to be submitted electronically through our electronic
submission system. Contributors will be informed within four
weeks of the date of submission whether or not their paper
has been accepted for publication. The Review will consider articles
and commentaries that are under consideration elsewhere.
Articles must contain an abstract between
50 to 200 words summarising the key points made in the article.
All contributions must confrom
with the style requirements of the "Blue Book", published
by the Harvard Law Review Association. For more information, please
